About the Program

The ReEntry program offers experienced professionals, who are currently on an extended career break of at least 2 years, the support and resources needed to relaunch their careers. The program spans over 30 locations worldwide.
The ReEntry Program is a 15-week fellowship program, beginning April 22, 2025 and ending July 31, 2025 with the prospect of an offer for permanent employment with JPMorganChase at the end of the program. The permanent placements will be based on both business needs and candidate skill set.

The RM&C Control Management Programs team is responsible to create a strong and consistent control environment across the RM&C organization. With Control Managers appointed for each Line of Business Function and Region, there is a comprehensive coverage/accountability model that promotes early compliance and operational risk identification and assessment, effective design and evaluation of controls and sustainable solutions to mitigate compliance and operational risk.
As a Control Management Associate within the RM&C Control Management Programs team, you will spend each day working closely with key stakeholders to identify, review and apply legal obligations to processes within RM&C, and confirm adherence to regulatory compliance.

Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite-Excel, Word, and PowerPoint-is essential, and familiarity with the impact of laws, rules, and regulations is a plus.
