We’re looking to hire a detail-oriented and people-focused Corporate Travel Coordinator to join our growing travel team. You’ll play a key role both in ensuring smooth travel experiences for our employees and guests and supporting the wider team. 

Responsibilities:

As part of our global travel operations, you’ll provide hands-on support to travellers and colleagues across the company by:

  • Assisting with travel arrangements through our online booking tool and offline travel agents
  • Responding to travellers’ questions in the shared Travel inbox and Slack, providing timely, friendly support
  • Coordinating group travel for company events
  • Handling travel for candidates and new joiners to ensure a positive first impression
  • Answering visa questions
  • Managing airport transfers and travel expense approvals
  • Helping to uphold our travel policy while keeping travellers’ needs in mind
  • Supporting the Travel Manager with ad-hoc projects and initiatives
  • Supporting of the wider CFO team with administrative tasks – for example, booking training courses, onboarding tasks, supporting our Graphcare committee etc
  • Staying current on travel trends, policies, and global mobility updates

Essential skills

  • A minimum of 2 years in a similar travel coordination support role
  • Able to work effectively under pressure, remain calm and adapt to change
  • Clear, empathetic and professional communication in every interaction
  • Highly organised, with strong attention to detail, accuracy and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficient in MS Office (and ideally SharePoint) with a willingness to learn booking tools
  • A collaborative team player; customer-focused and proactive with the confidence to make decisions when needed
