The Creative Producer will develop generative content using AI, collaborate with teams, build content pipelines, and guide visual storytelling.
About the role
Note: This is an onsite position at our office in H12, Islamabad for residents of Pakistan. Candidates residing outside of Pakistan may be considered for remote work opportunities.
We’re looking for a creative and technically skilled Content Producer to craft compelling content using cutting-edge AI tools. You’ll work closely with our ML, design, and product teams to bring ideas to life across images, video, and audio, helping us push the boundaries of digital storytelling.
What You Will Work On- Develop product use cases and one-click presets for generative image, video, and audio models.
- Build and optimize complex generative content pipelines for diverse media formats.
- Design and implement agents based on LLMs and other AI models to enhance product pipelines.
- Collaborate closely with ML, design, and product teams to integrate new features seamlessly.
- Bring your filmmaking experience to guide storytelling, framing, and visual composition in generative media projects.

- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering and generative content creation.
- Hands-on experience with generative AI models (t2t, t2i, t2a, v2v, v2a, i2v, etc.).
- Strong background in filmmaking, including storytelling, cinematography, or video production.
- Understanding of AI model landscape and emerging trends.
- Basic experience in building and configuring agents based on LLMs and generative models.
- Familiarity with ComfyUI pipelines is a plus.
- Creative intuition and a “vibe coding” approach.
- Strong adaptability and willingness to work in a fast-paced, high-intensity startup environment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across research, engineering, and product teams.
