Role Overview
We want to deliver the most powerful storytelling and 'creative' in B2B advertising.
As a Creative Strategist, you'll support our paid-social strategy across discovery, engagement, and conversion campaigns.
Targeting HR and Payroll buyers, you'll develop scripts, shot-lists, and creatives optimized for performance across LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, and TikTok. This execution role is perfect for someone who excels at the crossroads of digital strategy, content creation, and performance marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Ad Ideation:

  • Ideate and co-produce video-first content for different funnel stages, alongside our design and performance team.
  • Co-design visually compelling ad creatives, including scripts, graphics, and short-form (UGC) video content.
  • Experiment with new storytelling techniques to capture attention and drive conversions.
  • Monitor creative performance and iterate based on data insights.


Collaborator:

  • Collaborate with Performance & Regional Marketing on campaign concepts, optimisations & effective localisation of assets.
  • Stay updated on platform-specific best practices, trends, and algorithm changes to deliver cutting-edge ad experiences.
  • Partner with influencers and thought leaders for branded content.


Performance Optimization:

  • You're skilled at analyzing creative performance data and turning those insights into winning optimizations that boost metrics like hook rates and CTRs.
  • Conduct A/B testing to refine ad elements like visuals, hooks, and CTAs for maximum impact.
  • Use feedback and data insights to continuously evolve creative strategies and ensure they align with brand objectives.


Skills & Qualifications:

  • Creativity & Storytelling: A knack for crafting visually striking and emotionally resonant content that connects with audiences. Bonus if you have personal experience as a direct creator/presenter.
  • Social expert: Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok paid ad formats and strategies.
  • Content Production: Skills in design and video editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite ideal, but not essential.
  • Copywriting: Strong ability to write concise, engaging copy tailored for B2B audiences.
  • Organization: You have experience working with multiple stakeholders and can run productive meetings and hustle a process forward


Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience as a creative strategist, copywriter, or content creator (ideally) within the B2B space.
  • A strong portfolio of work showcasing successful ad campaigns and creative projects, especially for social media.
  • Demonstration of strong ROI and business impact from campaigns you've directly led or contributed to.
  • Familiarity with the B2B space, HR tech, or SaaS is a plus but not required.
