Responsibilities

As a Customer Product Marketing Manager you will:

  • Develop messaging and positioning that aligns with key personas and needs within Claroty’s global customer base across industrial, healthcare, and other critical infrastructure sectors
  • Along with relevant stakeholders, drive cross-sell and upsell efforts from pipeline creation to opportunity close.
  • Generate product-oriented content, including data sheets, solution briefs, white papers, demo videos, and blog posts, as well as sales enablement tools, including demo scripts, product presentations, among other types of content
  • Contribute to competitive intelligence efforts with the creation of analysis, battlecards, and other competitive materials to enable Claroty personnel to compete within the market.
  • Interface as a key point of contact with select strategic and technical partners to drive joint go-to-market initiatives, including Product Management, Sales & Solution Engineering, Customer Success, Enablement, and more.



Requirements

What do you need to succeed in this role?

  • 5+ years experience in Product Marketing that involves translating technical concepts into engaging messaging across a variety of mediums, launching new products, with special emphasis on customer growth.
  • Experience in the cybersecurity industry with a moderate technical understanding of current network and device security challenges.
  • Experience collaborating with a broad range of departments that include sales, product management, engineering, and customer success across multiple time zones.
  • Exceptional public speaking, presentation, and writing skills.
