Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager with strong structural capabilities to lead and manage operational functions effectively. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building, managing, and leading operations teams, ensuring predictable and repeatable service delivery. This role requires experience in implementing and tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), managing escalations, and overseeing staffing to maintain optimal efficiency. While expertise in cybersecurity is a plus, strong operational skills are a must. Multilingual capabilities are highly desirable for this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Leadership: Build, manage, and lead operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Process Structuring: Develop and implement robust operational frameworks, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
  • Performance Metrics & KPIs: Define, establish, and monitor KPIs to measure performance, efficiency, and service quality.
  • Escalation Management: Handle escalations effectively, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining stakeholder confidence.
  • Staffing & Workforce Management: Plan and manage staffing levels to meet business demands and service commitments.
  • Predictable Service Delivery: Ensure repeatable and reliable operations through structured processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Risk & Compliance Awareness: Maintain operational compliance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Cybersecurity Knowledge (Nice to Have): An understanding of cybersecurity principles is a plus but not essential.
  • Multilingual Capability: Ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages is highly preferred.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in building, managing, and leading operations in a structured and scalable manner.
  • Strong ability to design and implement operational KPIs to drive performance and accountability.
  • Expertise in escalation management, ensuring swift and effective issue resolution.
  • Hands-on experience in staffing, workforce planning, and resource allocation.
  • Track record of delivering consistent and predictable operational outcomes.
  • Experience in structuring and improving processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Cybersecurity knowledge is a plus but not a requirement—core expertise should be in operations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, multi-location, or multinational environments.
  • Prior experience in IT, security operations, or technology-driven businesses is beneficial
