In this role, you'll be responsible for producing insightful reporting and dashboards from multiple data sources, leveraging tools such as Power BI, Excel, SQL, and Azure DevOps. You'll transform complex data into meaningful insights for senior stakeholders, support project and workload management activities, and help ensure our E2E reporting and operational data remain accurate, reliable, and actionable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain monthly and quarterly dashboards, reports, and executive reporting packs.
  • Deliver reporting outputs in line with agreed service levels, KPIs, and deadlines.
  • Collect, manage, and maintain security, risk, demand, training, and operational data across key systems.
  • Monitor, investigate, and resolve data quality issues, exceptions, and reporting discrepancies.
  • Support the ongoing development and enhancement of Power BI reporting models and dashboards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, customers, support functions, and operational stakeholders to resolve issues and improve reporting accuracy.
  • Support the tracking, reporting, and governance of key initiatives, projects, and improvement activities.

  • Power BI, including dashboard development, data modelling, and report optimisation.
  • Microsoft Excel and advanced data analysis techniques.
  • SQL and data extraction/reporting tools.

  • Experience creating, maintaining, and improving reporting solutions and Power BI models.
  • Ability to analyse complex data sets, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively to tight deadlines.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach with the confidence to challenge constructively where appropriate.
  • Experience producing both dynamic self-service dashboards and formal reporting packs.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across teams.

Desirable

  • Experience working within a Cyber Security function.
  • Knowledge of demand, capacity, workload, or forecast management.
  • Experience designing or maintaining databases and data structures.
  • Understanding of project management methodologies and governance frameworks.
  • Experience supporting and training users on reporting tools and processes.

You'll be joining a supportive team where your insights and expertise will have a direct impact on how Cyber Security performance, risk, and demand are understood across the organisation.
