The Role
The vision of our OpenData product is to help life sciences industry connect with healthcare ecosystems to improve care. OpenData is the reference database of healthcare professionals and organizations along with all their addresses, affiliations, contact details, and profiling information.
As Data Consultant you will be involved in all the aspects of our customer journey from pre-sales activities (to demonstrate the value of our product) to Veeva OpenData implementation projects into Veeva MDM / CRM systems or other 3rd party MDM / CRM systems (working closely with Professional Services team) and to the delivery of added value services such as Mailing Services.

What You'll Do
- Data lead on client meetings, provide subject matter expertise on OpenData product, including overall product presentation and data model deep dive
- Help Customer in defining which data set to subscribe to by providing data insights, ad-hoc reports and specific data extracts
- Work on data matching projects to compare various data sets against OpenData database
- Support sales team in performing data evaluation projects and run analysis to demonstrate the value of OpenData compared to other data sources
- Manage specific projects to deliver added value services such as Data Privacy Notification Services (to help our customers being GDPR compliant) or Mailing Services
- Deliver ongoing data services (counts, data comparison, specific reports and extractions) to existing Customers to increase OpenData product adoption
- Work closely with Professional Services to seamlessly integrate OpenData product with the rest of Veeva product portfolio (mainly Vault CRM and Veeva Network)
- Must be able to take complex client and vendor concepts and articulate them to audiences of varying perception levels
Requirements
- University degree in an analytical or technical field (e.g. Information Systems, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics)
- Working experiences as consultant or data analyst (skilled with SQL and spreadsheets)
- Experience in managing Customer projects (customer facing role). Project management capabilities
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Fluent in English
