Job Description
BAE is looking for a Data Engineer with solid Visualization experience.
Job is Full-Time in Chantilly and requires a high level clearance.
We are the Prime on this program.
The right candidate will be strong with Tableau and Power BI. We use Splunk as well. And any knowledge of ServiceNow is a plus as you will be pulling and gathering data from there.

We are seeking Systems Engineers to perform as a Data Analyst. In this role, you will develop, transform, and model data to improve decision making. You are responsible for data extraction and manipulation of data sets resulting in workflows and predictive models for end-users using system tools (dashboards). You will conduct analysis on data to ensure correct predictive forecasting. You will manage the analytics request process by capturing requirements and are responsible for the creation and maintenance of the resulting analytic dashboards.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
We are actively seeking Data Engineers or Data Scientists

  • Experience integrating diverse data streams
  • Establishes data standards and acts as custodian of IT and service delivery data sets and streams
  • Experience in analyzing complex networks and systems
  • Experience in analyzing log data from various network components and operating systems
  • Experience with data visualization tools, including Tableau and Power BI
  • Knowledge of the complex environment involving shared networks and multiple security enclaves
  • Systems Engineering with network analyst\engineering background
  • Splunk familiarization and dashboard creation


Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

  • Security Development and Operations (SecDevOps)
  • Expertise with Splunk (Power User Cert preferred)
  • Hands on experience with Splunk advanced apps such as ITSI, SOAR, and UBA
  • Familiarity/experience using ServiceNow tool
  • Public, private and hybrid Cloud experience (AWS, Microsoft Azure, etc.)


Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $146670 - $249330
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
