Your work will ensure that operational quality is visible and transparent to enable decision making and a superior customer experience.

What you will do

  • Establish and maintain a single source of truth on quality metrics for all stakeholders
  • Design and maintain annotation and QC frameworks including failure categories and review processes
  • Establish a real world performance measurement balancing accuracy and resources
  • Monitor and document performance of external suppliers and contractors
  • Create and evolve operational playbooks and SOPs to make sure processes are efficient and effective
  • Support product, operations, engineering and customer success with clear quality narratives, explain quality implications of decisions and trade offs

Who we look for

  • 5+ years of experience in a quality role on production-grade deployment
  • Strong analytical and statistical thinking
  • Proven experience designing and improving end-to-end workflows and SOPs
  • Hands-on, detail-oriented working style and willingness to dive into concrete data, images, and human annotations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including explaining quality concepts to non-experts
  • Proven track record of influencing without formal authority in cross-functional, multi-stakeholder environments
  • High comfort with ambiguity, evolving products, and balancing rigor with speed and practical constraints

Nice to have:

  • Experience working with annotation vendors, BPOs, or freelance workforces
