  • Data Analysis Skills: Ability to understand core business metrics (KPIs), map relationships between domain objects, and validate the correctness of analytical outputs.

  • BI Tooling: Hands-on experience with Sisense OR proven experience in a comparable enterprise BI tool's semantic modeling capabilities (e.g., Power BI/Tableau semantic models, cubes).

  • AWS Experience: Familiarity with any of the following services: RDS, Redshift, Glue, Lambda, S3, IAM.

  • Legacy Stabilization: Direct experience stabilizing legacy data warehouses, fixing performance regressions after major releases, refactoring aging data models, and introducing proper data marts or star schemas.
