Sisense is looking for a highly motivated, results-oriented Deal Desk Analyst to focus on the closure of custom and standard commercial deals. This role will help accelerate revenue growth of our enterprise business by supporting our sales motion to create quality deals. You will be responsible for delivering deal structuring and pricing support for our global team with an emphasis on the EMEA region. 

Responsibilities

  • Serves as trusted advisor to the Sales team on quoting, contracting options and approval processes
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams who support the commercial sales cycle (Legal, Finance, Accounting, CS and Business Systems) to drive deals to closure
  • Monitors the Deal Desk queues/tickets in Salesforce, Service Desk and Slack to provide general assistance and advice on common deal questions and Quote-to-Order process questions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to build, streamline and automate our deal desk processes
  • Provide proactive support, guidance, and creative solutions to the sales team in order to help drive deal closure
  • Ensure contracts maximize total deal value while limiting risk/exposure to the business.
  • Provide day-to-day support to Sales, Legal, Finance, and Accounting teams, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and facilitating smooth contract execution
  • Manage post-sales contractual changes, including amendments, restructures, and re-bills, ensuring timely and accurate processing to meet customer needs and business requirements
  • Be a sales advocate and partner to internal organizations to understand contract requirements, structure, business terms and identification of potential risks and/or opportunities that can affect performance, growth and strategic positioning

Requirements

  • High-energy, team-first attitude: motivated to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment 
  • 3+ years of experience in Enterprise Software/SaaS B2B Industry – Order Management, Finance Operations, Deal Desk or Sales Operations experience preferred
  • Attention-to-detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com required, and DealHub CPQ would be a bonus
  • Strong quantitative skills and proficient in Google suite
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with GTM teams and other cross-functional departments to build strong working relationships
  • Highly organized, customer-focused and strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Out-of-the-box thinker and ability to think creatively to solve problems
