You build infrastructure that other engineers never have to think about.

You automate the fix instead of applying it by hand twice.

You want the platform you run to power decisions involving real money.

If you have only maintained infrastructure someone else designed, this is not the role.

The Role, In Plain English

You will build and run the platform every Reflexivity squad ships on. You will join DevOps, the squad responsible for building and maintaining the infrastructure platform that powers all our microservices across multiple cloud environments.

This role exists to ensure our enterprise customers have a stable, reliable, and resilient platform, while making service delivery and deployments efficient, and predictable.

You will work closely with engineers across every squad to make building, deploying, and running services fast and reliable.

What You'll Be Responsible For

  • Run CI/CD that lets squads build and release every service the same way
  • Keep dependencies, images, and cluster access secure through automation
  • Improve monitoring and alerting so problems reach the people who can fix them
  • Take part in the on-call rotation and lead incident follow-ups
  • Collaborate with Enterprise client’s team
What "Good" Looks Like in This Role
  • After 3 months: You ship infrastructure changes with review and know how services are built and deployed.
  • After 6 months: You own pipelines or components end to end and handle incidents in your area.
  • After 12 months: You own a part of the platform and are trusted to make design calls within it.
Who You Are (Must-Haves)
  • 2 to 5 years DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering experience
  • Production experience with containers, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code
  • Experience with at Azure and GCP cloud providers
  • Comfortable using AI-assisted coding tools daily
Nice-to-Haves
  • Writing tooling in Golang / Python / Bash
  • Security or compliance work, especially in regulated environments
  • Experience running infrastructure for ML or LLM workloads
How We Work

  • Clear accountability and direct feedback
  • In-office team with high trust and high ownership
Why This Role Is Worth Your Time
  • Every squad builds on what you run
  • Strong technical ownership
  • High bar engineering culture without bureaucracy
Practicalities
  • In-office role based in London
  • No agencies
Salary Range
£75,000—£100,000 GBP
