DevOps Engineer role is part of a highly skilled IT Department consisting of 9 dedicated professionals. The team works collaboratively to maintain and enhance the company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring system stability, scalability, and efficiency. As a key member of the team, DevOps Engineer focuses on supporting seamless operational processes, automating workflows, and resolving incidents to maintain uninterrupted system performance. The role also acts as a bridge between operations and development, fostering collaboration and ensuring efficient integration of systems.

The IT Department utilizes a range of modern technologies to ensure efficient operations and infrastructure management. Key tools include Terraform and Ansible for Infrastructure as Code (IaC) automation, along with CI/CD pipelines powered by tools like GitLab CI or similar solutions. Monitoring and observability are supported by tools such as InfluxDB and Grafana, ensuring system stability and performance. The team also leverages AWS and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes for scalable and
reliable deployments. These technologies enable the team to maintain a secure, automated, and high-performing environment.
In this role, you will
- Design, build, and maintain infrastructure for internal development teams
- Ensure stability and scalability of infrastructure solutions
- Drive adoption and continuous improvement of DevOps practices across teams and projects
- Build, maintain, and optimize Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines
- Ensure seamless deployment processes and version control practices
- Act as a consultant to developers on DevOps best practices and tools
- Provide guidance and troubleshooting support for development teams
- Implement and maintain tools for infrastructure and application monitoring
- Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using tools like Terraform and Ansible
- Work with the team to ensure the stability and security of systems and services
- Maintain and enhance the company’s unified development environment solution
What you will bring
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)
- Proficiency in IaC tools such as Terraform and Ansible
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, InfluxDB, or similar
- Solid understanding of security practices and tools (e.g., vulnerability scanning, firewalls)
- Strong scripting and programming skills in languages like Python, Bash, or PHP
- Understanding of security principles and practices to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of IT systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with developers
- Fluency in Lithuanian and English
- Certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, or Google Professional DevOps Engineer
