What You’ll Do:

The Global Field Marketing Organization drives market penetration, customer engagement, and pipeline generation across key U.S. and EMEA regions. The team works cross-functionally with sales, product marketing, events, brand, and demand to execute high-impact programs tailored to business priorities, industry dynamics, and strategic accounts.

About the role:

We are seeking a Director of Executive Marketing to own the global executive engagement strategy at CoreWeave - from driving VP and C-Suite audience engagement within priority AI-native and enterprise accounts, to defining and executing the messaging and programming strategy across hospitality, executive tracks at flagship events, and Customer Advisory Boards (CABs). In this role, you will partner closely with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to develop target messaging, branding, and positioning that reinforces CoreWeave’s leadership and deepens engagement with key executive personas and influences buying decisions.

Who You Are:

  • Experienced executive marketer: 10+ years in B2B marketing, including executive marketing, strategic events, or field/ABM for enterprise or high-growth tech.
  • Deal- and account-centric: Strong understanding of complex, multi-stakeholder deals and how executive engagement influences pipeline and close rates.
  • Builder and operator: Proven track record of creating executive programs from scratch, codifying them into playbooks, and scaling globally with a lean team.
  • Data-driven: Obsessed with coverage, pipeline, and revenue impact, not just event execution; confident defining and tracking the right KPIs.
  • Cross-functional leader: Skilled at aligning Sales, ABM, Events, PMM, Demand, and Comms/PR around shared objectives and success metrics.
  • AI-curious (or better): Genuinely interested in AI and infrastructure, and excited to help shape the category narrative for an AI-native cloud leader.
  • Executive-level communicator: You’re comfortable working directly with C‑suite leaders (internally and externally), and you can brief, coach, and challenge executives in a productive way.
  • Builder and operator: You’ve built executive programs or experiences from scratch, established playbooks, and scaled them globally with a small team.
  • Data-driven and outcome-oriented: You care about coverage, pipeline, and revenue impact as much as you care about experience quality and brand. You know how to define and track the right KPIs.

Wondering if you’re a good fit? We believe in investing in our people and value candidates who can bring their diverse experiences to our teams – even if you aren't a 100% skill or experience match. Here are a few qualities we’ve found compatible with our team. If some of this describes you, we’d love to talk.

  • You love building and creating executive programs from scratch.
  • You’re curious about shaping narratives around AI Infrastructure
  • You’re an expert in cross-functional collaboration and alignment.
