USA Job Function Description: Works as a strategic partner with business owners, project leaders, product managers, technology, and other stakeholders to lead the improvement of the Products & Platform operating model. Works with partners across the organization to implement tools and processes that will support the strategies, optimize business processes, and enhance employee and customer experiences. Will be responsible for leading the transformation and change initiatives required to both stabilize and transform the product management target operating mode.
Essential Functions/Responsibility Statements:
- Creates, leads, and evolves the Product & Platform operating model across business and technology.
- Develops a roadmap to deliver on the desired target operating model, including processes and functions integral to the support of the product management function, focusing on increasing quality and speed.
- Identifies opportunities to integrate new capabilities and innovations into the company's collaboration, project management, and product management tools.
- Partners with business owners, Risk and Compliance, Technology, and other key stakeholders to drive development and execution of

- Leverages research and data-driven insights to identify opportunities, propose solutions, create, and maintain roadmaps, and improve performance
- Leads the execution of agile development processes, collaborating with Product Managers, Product Owners, and Technology Leaders to improve day to day execution of program deliverables.
- Generates buy-in and facilitate cross-functional collaboration with a wide range of technical stakeholder.
- Works across departments to enable the teams to reach their goals; includes risk and change management processes.
- Identifies and pursues opportunities to fine-tune and improve program execution.

Education:
BS/BA degree or higher: Technology Field Required
MBA Preferred
Work Experience:
10+ Years Industry experience, preferably across digital, banking, financial services and/or payments Required
Skills and Abilities:
- Must be a strong collaborator, able to build and leverage relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Strong financial and business acumen with a demonstrated ability to evaluate new business models and assess key assumptions.
- Strong technology capabilities - must be able to manage major technology products end-to-end and develop key solutions for scalability.
- Strong controls mindset with a demonstrated ability to place the Bank’s control agenda at the fore front and a track record of developing and executing compensating controls alongside new product development.

The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.

$131,250.00 USD
Maximum:
$225,000.00 USD
