The Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Director of Panel Operations to join our innovation team.This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of digital recruitment, participant engagement, and panel management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of finding highly qualified individuals willing to share their opinions and maximizing their retention and engagement to drive ROI for the organization. The ideal candidate will bring a fresh perspective from the media or advertising industry, with a deep understanding of audience engagement, data-driven decision-making, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Panel Strategy and Operations: Develop and implement a robust panel management strategy that supports PureSpectrum's mission to deliver unparalleled insights. Ensure the recruitment, engagement, and retention of high-quality panelists across diverse demographics.
  • Data-Driven Innovation: Leverage data analytics and insights to drive decisions on panel composition, engagement strategies, and incentive structures. Continuously monitor and optimize panel health and performance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with product, engineering, and data teams to enhance the panelist experience and integrate panel data into broader business processes.
  • Scale and Innovate: Introduce and implement innovative practices from the media or advertising sectors to scale panel operations effectively while maintaining the highest standards of data quality.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the key liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on panel operations and performance. Engage with senior leadership to align strategies and goals.
  • Vendor and Partner Management: Manage relationships with external partners and vendors to ensure alignment with PureSpectrum's objectives and operational efficiency.


Qualifications:

  • Industry Experience: 7+ years of experience in media, advertising, or a related field, with a strong focus on audience management, data operations, or campaign execution.
  • Leadership Abilities: Proven track record in leading and scaling operational teams, with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop team members.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in data-driven decision-making and performance metrics.
  • Innovative Thinking: Ability to bring fresh ideas and innovative approaches to panel operations, informed by experience in the media or advertising industries.
  • Collaborative Mindset: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with data management platforms, analytics tools, and operational software commonly used in media or advertising.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
