Podean is the leading global marketplace marketing agency. We work with progressive brands across the globe to unlock potential on Amazon and other marketplaces. Our services span eCommerce strategy, content creation and optimization, media management, retail operations, data and analytics, consulting, and social commerce. Recent award wins include Digiday’s Best Employer for Remote Employees and Amazon’s Global Expansion Partner Award.

We are looking for a self-motivated go-getter (and a quick learner!) to join our fast-growing content and creative team as an eCommerce Associate Content Manager (Europe). Partner with clients to help unlock their brand’s full creative potential on Amazon and other marketplaces through copywriting and design initiatives. You’ll feel comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities at once, have strong time management and communication skills, and possess a keen eye for detail and visual aesthetics particularly when it comes to design (infographics, brand stores, social media, etc.). You’ll partner with other team members to bring content and creative projects to life while gathering and addressing direct client feedback along the way. The ability to think creatively and outside the lines is always encouraged.

What You’ll Do

  • Execute content and creative strategies across a growing portfolio of clients with minimal oversight
  • Serve as a confident client-facing partner, participating independently in client communications, meetings, and presentations while managing expectations with professionalism
  • Work closely with account managers to deeply understand clients' business goals and develop content strategies that directly support them
  • Create compelling, conversion-focused copy for product listings — including keyword research, titles, bullet points, and A+ content — while ensuring brand alignment across all deliverables.
  • Collaborate with designers by developing detailed creative briefs and coordinating asset development to ensure successful creative execution
  • Analyse content and creative performance data to surface insights and drive continuous optimisation across client accounts
  • Manage project timelines, prioritise workloads, and make continuous recommendations that align with broader goals
  • Develop a deep understanding of how retail, media, and content work together to drive success on Amazon and other marketplace platforms
  • Mentor and coach junior team members, providing guidance and support
  • Contribute to cross-functional initiatives and support internal process improvements that strengthen team efficiency

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–4 years of experience in content strategy, digital marketing, or a related field, with hands-on experience in Amazon or marketplace content
  • Demonstrated ability to manage content projects independently, balancing multiple priorities and deadlines with strong organisational skills
  • Advanced copywriting skills with a proven track record of creating compelling, conversion-focused content across marketplace platforms
  • Strong SEO and keyword optimisation experience, with the ability to apply best practices across titles, bullet points, and product detail pages
  • Established working knowledge of Amazon marketplace dynamics, content best practices, and algorithm considerations
  • Experience briefing and coordinating designers and cross-functional partners to deliver high-quality creative
  • Solid analytical capabilities — comfortable interpreting performance data and translating insights into actionable recommendations
  • Emerging leadership skills, with some experience or demonstrated potential to mentor and guide junior team members
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly to both clients and internal stakeholders
  • A proactive, curious mindset with strong attention to detail, a collaborative spirit, and a genuine desire to grow within the marketplace marketing discipline
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and project management tools
