We own channel performance and optimization while driving measurable impact at every stage of the Customer Lifecycle.
About the Role:
As the Lead, Lifecycle & Digital Experiences within the Lifecycle Marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing and building localized regional (EMEA) marketing efforts, this includes supporting Sales Led, PLG, and channel optimization motions. It is critical that this role focuses on discovering and scaling opportunities to monetize customers for each segment at each stage of the Lifecycle in the region (EMEA). This role also demands a focus on translating data from multiple sources into actionable insights that help drive measurable outcomes. The ideal candidate possesses 8+ years of relevant experience and a proven record of working effectively with stakeholders to address business challenges. Strong skills in cross-functional communication, analytical thinking, project management, and a proactive, customer-focused approach are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and localize the demand gen motions for sales-assisted purchases and cross-sell; collaborate cross-functionally to build seamless data-driven hand-offs and re-engagement in DG experiences.
- Support and localize the PLG motion for first purchase and cross-sell, and collaborate cross-functionally to extend seamless data-driven experiences in onboarding and adoption.
- Extend strategic support in the region (EMEA) for channel and performance benchmarks for all marketing channels, providing regional inputs that will help us relentlessly optimize and maintain a best-in-class testing program.
- Align regional (EMEA) roadmap with Product, Growth, PMM, Brand teams to consistently scale efforts and support innovation.
- Analyze diverse data sources to create regional segments that will improve performance, and foster a culture of continuous innovation by amplifying impactful tests and optimizations.
- Champion customer-first initiatives, ensuring best-in-class customer experiences with clear, measurable outcomes.
- Support and extend orchestrated omni-channel flows using audience-based and behavior-based segmentation in the region.
- Embrace an ownership mindset while delivering remarkable results.
- Evangelise Lifecycle Marketing in the region by reporting on performance, sharing results, and communicating plans and roadmap.
Success Looks Like:
- Deliver a consistent, predictable demand generation engine across EMEA
- Regional lifecycle performance that drives incremental value across the customer lifecycle
Who You Are:
- You have over 8 years of experience in Demand Generation, PLG Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Email Marketing.
- You possess deep knowledge of marketing best practices, including email deliverability, personalization, segmentation, testing, and reporting.
- You have a strong interest in data and segmentation with a desire to understand both the 'who' and the 'how' of a campaign's audience performance.
- You excel in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- You thrive in fast-paced environments and tackle challenges with a "can-do" attitude.
- You are a creative thinker with curiosity and a passion for innovation.
- Experience in Lifecycle Marketing and CRM, including Salesforce and marketing automation platforms
- B2B and international experience, ideally across EMEA
- Experience working within a company with North American HQ
- Strong ability to prioritise and make trade-off decisions between multiple projects and competing priorities within the organisation
- Ability to communicate strategy, business cases, and roadmap to influence and advocate in a complex and matrixed organisation, and analyse data and translate web findings clearly for both technical and non-technical audiences
- You're a do-er, even at your level of expertise. You aren't afraid to get your hands dirty
- Comfortable with shifting priorities, timelines and goals. We are a company in its teenage years and evolving fast. At the helm of our brand you'll need to constantly bend and flex to meet the evolving needs of the business
The pay range for this role is listed below. Sales roles are also eligible for variable compensation. This role is also eligible for competitive benefits and perquisites, subject to company policy and applicable law
Base Pay Range in Local Currency:
£84,000 - £126,000 GBP
