UpcoMinds, is seeking an End User Support Specialist to join our team for a banking-sector project delivered for one of our major clients.
This role is ideal for IT professionals with hands-on end-user support experience who enjoy solving problems, interacting with users, and working in a structured enterprise / banking environment.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for end-users experiencing technical issues.
- Provide support via telephone, email, and in-person for hardware, software, and network problems.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues and create detailed documentation of solutions.
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of end-user devices, including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Ensure timely resolution of support tickets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement new technologies and improve workflows.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users on new applications and technologies.
- Work in rotational shifts, if required
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience as a support specialist, help desk technician, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, network troubleshooting, and Microsoft products.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to create and maintain clear technical documentation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluency in Greek and English.
