As Director of Product Management for Enterprise at monday.com, you’ll lead one of our most strategic initiatives - scaling monday.com’s value for large organizations globally. This role is an opportunity to shape how thousands of enterprise businesses operate by delivering enterprise-grade solutions that meet complex needs across governance, scale, and compliance.

You’ll own and evolve our enterprise strategy across the product portfolio, partnering with senior leaders in product, engineering, sales, customer success, and marketing. You will build and lead a world-class team of product managers to ensure monday.com not only meets enterprise customers where they are - but anticipates where they’re going.

  • Proven success in leading B2B SaaS product teams with a strong emphasis on enterprise customers.
  • Extensive experience in platform and infrastructure-level product areas, including administration, data handling, and compliance.
  • Established track record of owning and launching security- and compliance-sensitive features, collaborating effectively with clients in regulated industries.
  • Proficient in developing cross-functional processes that adapt to increasing complexity and evolving customer needs.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through influence, drive alignment across departments, and communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Experienced in managing managers, recruiting top talent, and scaling product organizations in hyper-growth environments.
  • Strategic thinker with robust execution skills, adept at diving deep into details or taking a broader perspective as required.
