As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving customer and commercial value of new and existing products within a product line of EverWell. You will be comfortable working in complex product spaces that require navigating large degrees of ambiguity and comprehensive stakeholder management. You will manage products end-to-end, from early-stage research and ideation, through to implementation and improvement of product over time. Your impact will be measured by key commercial and customer success metrics of the products you manage.

  • Define and deliver a clear, customer-led product strategy aligned to business goals.

  • Spot market trends, customer needs, and innovation opportunities to drive growth.

  • Build strategy documents with clear use cases, requirements, ROI, and revenue projections.

  • Craft compelling product positioning and messaging that stands out in the market.

  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations to bring strategy to life.

  • Drive partnership and build-vs-buy decisions with strong commercial judgment.

  • Proactively identify, communicate, and mitigate product risks across the lifecycle.

  • Lead end-to-end product delivery; from research to launch and continuous improvement.

  • Turn strategy into clear, actionable requirements for engineering and design teams.

What you'll bring.

  • 5+ years of proven Product Management experience, ideally from a SaaS or B2B.

  • Demonstrated experience in developing and driving product roadmap (at least 6 months roadmap) that prioritises customer outcomes and high ROI product initiatives aligned with business goals.

  • Demonstrated experience to deliver their product through test & iterate approach focused on driving usage and revenue growth.

  • Demonstrated skills in doing market analysis and segmentation, including the ability to conduct market research and to identify growth opportunities for their product.

  • Demonstrated experience in taking a holistic view of product, including customer, commercial, and competitor aspects, as well as delivery from conception to sunset.

  • Ability to calculate and interpret ROI for their product and other product performance metrics.

  • Ability to track and analyse financial performance of the product, making data based informed decisions to optimise for customer outcome as well as revenue.

  • Ability to improve product experience with A/B testing, user segmentation and cohort analysis.

  • Ability to build effective relationships and influence across all levels of the business leveraging excellent stakeholder management, open communication style and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work closely with technical and non-technical teams in parallel

  • A master storyteller who can connect people with a vision. Demonstrated the ability to create compelling presentations and pitch to all levels of business.
