We are hiring an Executive Assistant to the Senior Vice President, for WW Compute and High Velocity Sales The role of the EA is critical to the smooth running of the department, ensuring that your SVP is fully supported on a day-to-day basis including extensive & comprehensive diary and inbox management. Confidentiality is always strictly observed.

Responsibilities as Executive Assistant to the Senior Vice President, for WW Compute and High Velocity Sales:

  • Scheduling meetings including performance reviews, 1:1’s, MSP quarterly reviews, mentoring sessions and all other virtual and face-to-face meetings in line with organization governance.
  • Take a proactive approach in anticipating SVP’s future requirements and support
  • Taking ownership and responsibility for executive visits (logistics, hosting & liaising with other EAs in the wider organization)
  • Arrange travel & meeting itineraries as required
  • Process travel expenses, invoices, raise expenditure requests and order stationary items when necessary
  • Act as a main point of contact for your SVP
  • Manage email distribution lists, SharePoint, leave approvals, PTO trackers, recognition spreadsheets, tracking of mandatory training completion, etc.
  • Act as emergency contact for local office should any terrorist attack or critical weather issues impact our staff.  To reach out and check they are safe and offer help.
  • Build strong relationships with the other senior EAs and members of the HR team 
  • Maintain skills and knowledge of HPE processes
  • Effectively manage active timely approvals e.g. all procurement requests through Ariba, expenses etc., ensuring all approvals are within policy
  • Prepare and manage onboarding plans for new hires

Skills & Experience...

  • Degree educated or equivalent experience
  • Typically, 5+ years’ experience, including experience as an Executive Assistant supporting VP’s / SVP’s with global exposure (for time zone differences, travel arrangements, etc.)
  • Very high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organization and administration skills
  • Able to plan, anticipate and prioritize workload & ability to work to tight deadlines
  • A demonstrated ability to work with confidential and sensitive material and issues
  • Intermediate to Advanced Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Ability to effectively escalate issues to senior management
  • Persistence and resilience when working in a high-pressure environment
  • Experience of dealing with very senior stakeholders (up to Board level)
  • An effective team player
  • Flexible to change and demonstrated willingness to take on all levels of work
  • Previous senior admin experience essential with excellent verbal & written communication skills.

If this is a sales role, then the listed salary range reflects combined base salary and target-level sales compensation pay. If this is a non-sales role, then the listed salary range reflects base salary only. Variable incentives may also be offered. USD Annual Salary: $78,700.00 - $181,200.00
