Executive Assistant

AcuityMD is a software and data platform that accelerates access to medical technologies. Each year, the FDA approves ~6,000 new medical devices. Our platform helps MedTech companies get these products to physicians more effectively so they can improve patient care with the latest technology. We’re looking for an East Coast based (ideally, within the Boston area), Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment to support our CRO and VP of Customer Experience. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to work closely with senior executives at a fast growing software company. You’ll support revenue driving priorities, proactively maintain executive calendars, coordinate meetings and travel arrangements, and assist with executive communications. This role will report to the CRO.

Responsibilities

  • Understand revenue driving priorities (Sales and Customer Success) and support executive activities to achieve company goals
  • Maintain executive calendars and coordinate internal and external meetings
  • Coordinate extensive travel arrangements
  • Enable the success of the CRO by strategically focusing their time (and calendar!) on high impact events and initiatives.
  • Perform a wide variety of administrative and support duties on behalf of the CRO, and VP of Customer Experience, including screening email, Slack, managing confidential documents, and expense management

Your Profile

  • 3+ years of experience supporting executive initiatives
  • Highly proactive tendencies who resolves ambiguity when they spot it
  • High integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality in critical business matters
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in communications and calendar and travel management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in a fast-paced, hyper growth environment
  • Undergraduate degree
