About the Role:

We are seeking a highly strategic and proactive Executive Business Partner to serve as a trusted advisor and operational leader for our Sales Executives. This role extends beyond traditional administrative support, offering high-level business partnerships to drive efficiency, strategic initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will have exceptional problem-solving abilities, strong business acumen, and the ability to operate with autonomy in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

What You'll Do:

Strategic & Operational Support

  • Act as a thought partner and strategic advisor to Sales Executives, providing insights, recommendations, and proactive solutions.
  • Support the execution of key business initiatives, tracking progress and driving alignment across teams.
  • Manage executive priorities by filtering and triaging requests, identifying key action items, and ensuring timely follow-through.
  • Prepare business reports, presentations, and sales analyses using PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM tools to support decision-making.
  • Lead special projects that enhance operational efficiency and executive effectiveness.

Executive Support & Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Serve as the primary liaison between executives, clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders to facilitate seamless communication.
  • Oversee calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting with a focus on optimizing time and priorities.
  • Handle confidential and high-stakes information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Partner with sales leadership and key business units to align goals and execute initiatives effectively.

Event Planning & Execution

  • Lead the planning and execution of high-impact internal and external sales events, client meetings, and offsites.
  • Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, catering, and audiovisual needs.
  • Develop event strategies, manage budgets, and track KPIs to measure success and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure flawless execution of events, managing last-minute adjustments with agility and problem-solving skills.

What We're Looking For:

Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Business Partner, Chief of Staff, or Senior Executive Assistant, preferably in a sales-driven or high-growth corporate environment.
  • Proven ability to work alongside senior leadership with a high degree of autonomy and strategic influence.
  • Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Skills & Competencies:

    • Strong organizational and executive prioritization abilities.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
    • Proficiency in Google Suite, CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), and collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Coupa, Navan).
    • Event planning and project management expertise.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
    • High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive business information.
    • Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment.

    Travel:

    • Ability to travel a few times a year for executive meetings, sales events, and offsites.

Your compensation may be based on several factors, including education, work experience, and certifications. For certain roles, total compensation may include restricted stock units. The base compensation range for this role is:

$76,000$117,000 USD
