The Opportunity

As part of our Executive Recruitment & Pipelining team, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with the most senior talent in the market—typically the top 0.5% of roles at Roche. Your expertise will ensure that we secure outstanding leaders who align with our company’s vision and values.

Key aspects of the role include:

  • Executive Talent Sourcing – Identifying and connecting with senior external leaders, ensuring a qualified, high-caliber and inclusive talent pool.
  • Market ExpertiseConducting in-depth talent mapping using innovative sourcing strategies, and story-telling through market knowledge and market data.
  • Strategic Partnering – Advising Executive Recruitment Partners and Hiring Managers on sourcing strategies and leadership competencies.
  • Assessment & Selection – Ensuring best-in-class selection methodologies to recruit resilient, high-performing leaders.
  • Collaboration – Working across Executive Recruitment, Talent Strategy, Market Analysts, and senior leadership teams to build a world-class hiring function.

Who You Are

You are a strategic problem solver with a proven background in executive search, passionate about identifying and securing top leadership talent.

You bring:

  • Significant experience in executive recruitment (life sciences/healthcare industry preferred).
  • A track record in Executive Search, either in-house or within a top-tier search firm.
  • Deep expertise in cultivating relationships, sourcing using an inclusive range of methodologies and building highly qualified shortlists at the senior executive level.
  • Advanced market mapping skills, ensuring full market coverage for leadership roles.
  • Strong consultative skills, advising partners on leadership talent strategies.
  • Proficiency in ATS/CRM systems, using data for executive talent insights.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, able to engage and influence senior leaders.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
