We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Field Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies that elevate awareness for COMPLY and its solutions in the UK and EMEA markets. This role is a blend of strategic marketing leadership and hands-on execution, with a particular emphasis on events (both industry and company-hosted). You will collaborate closely with the US marketing team, UK sales team, and key external partners to drive brand visibility, lead generation, and pipeline growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy Development:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for the UK and EMEA markets, aligned with corporate goals and regional sales objectives.
  • Leverage market insights to craft campaigns that resonate with local audiences, highlighting COMPLY’s expertise in regulatory compliance.
  • Event Management:
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute industry events, tradeshows, and COMPLY-branded events to establish thought leadership and generate leads.
  • Manage all aspects of event logistics, including vendor negotiations, venue selection, attendee outreach, and post-event follow-ups.
  • Ensure events deliver measurable ROI by tracking and reporting on key metrics.
  • Campaign Execution:
  • Create and localize multi-channel marketing campaigns tailored to regional audiences, including email, social media, content marketing, and paid advertising.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to produce region-specific content (e.g., blogs, whitepapers, case studies). 
  • Sales Alignment:
  • Partner with the UK sales team to identify priorities, align marketing efforts with sales goals, and support deal progression through targeted campaigns.
  • Utilize SFDC, Salesloft, HubSpot, and 6Sense to monitor leads, track pipeline impact, and measure campaign success.
  • Relationship Building:
  • Cultivate strong relationships with industry associations, regulatory bodies, and other key stakeholders to expand COMPLY’s influence.
  • Act as a brand ambassador at events and in client-facing interactions to reinforce COMPLY’s value proposition.
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting:
  • Track, analyze, and report on marketing metrics, including campaign performance, lead conversion, and event ROI.
  • Use insights to continuously improve marketing strategies and tactics.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5-7 years of marketing experience, ideally in financial services, regulatory compliance, or B2B SaaS industries.
  • Event Management Expertise: Proven ability to plan, execute, and measure success of both large-scale industry events and bespoke company events.
  • Systems Knowledge: Proficient in SFDC (Salesforce), Salesloft, HubSpot, 6Sense, and other marketing technology platforms.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to craft compelling messaging for diverse audiences.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail to ensure flawless execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Relationship Building: Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to balance long-term strategic goals with short-term tactical execution.
  • Budget Management: Ability to plan and track budgets effectively, ensuring cost-efficient use of resources.
  • Project Management Skills: Expertise in managing multiple concurrent projects while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Digital Marketing Proficiency: Understanding of digital marketing best practices, particularly for EMEA audiences (e.g., GDPR compliance for email campaigns).
  • Localization: Knowledge of how to tailor messaging and campaigns to different languages and cultural norms within EMEA.
  • Negotiation Skills: Skilled in vendor negotiations, budget management, and resource allocation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in the financial services or regulatory compliance sectors is strongly preferred.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Comfortable interpreting analytics and using data to guide decision-making. 
  • Creativity & Adaptability: Ability to think outside the box and adapt strategies to changing market dynamics.
  • Cultural Awareness: Familiarity with nuances of marketing to diverse audiences across the UK and EMEA.

The compensation range for this role is specific to the United Kingdom and takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, training, licensure and certification, and experience. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role would be £70,000-£85,000 plus applicable bonus/benefits offerings, etc as those similarly situated within the Company.
