The role

We are looking for an experienced Field Marketing Manager for the Nordics & Benelux region to design and execute impactful regional campaigns that drive customer acquisition, support sales goals and grow our presence in the AI/ML ecosystem. You’ll collaborate closely with sales and partner teams, plan and execute events and webinars, lead ABM initiatives and localise content to engage technical audiences and position our brand as a thought leader in the AI community.

You are welcome to work remotely from Sweden or Denmark.

Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Regional plan execution: Design and run multi-channel campaigns (PR, digital, SMM, website, blog, events, customer testimonials, co-marketing with partners, memberships, etc.) and activations to support sales goals and customer acquisition in the target region(s).
  • Sales and partner collaboration: Align closely with regional sales and partner teams to deliver go-to-market strategies, content and tools that drive conversion.
  • ABM marketing: lead ABM marketing campaigns for regional AMs.
  • Event strategy and delivery: Plan together with event team and execute events, including industry conferences, meetups, hands-on workshops, hackathons, data center visits, webinars and executive briefings.
  • Thought leadership and community engagement: Identify and engage with AI user communities, developer groups and industry influencers through meetups, sponsorships and speaker opportunities.
  • Funnel improvement: Track and report on field marketing funnel, with a focus on lead quality and revenue contribution.
  • Market research: Collect insights from the field to align product positioning, verify region-specific sales practice, track local competition landscape and market trends.
  • Content localization: Tailor global messaging and product narratives to resonate with local audiences if needed.
  • Tools and processes: Create regional funnel dashboards, make sure that mkt efforts are tracked via HubSpot, coordinate campaigns budgets and metrics.

We expect you to have: 

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B field or regional marketing, ideally in tech sector.
  • Strong understanding of the AI/ML ecosystem, including user personas such as Founders, CTOs, ML engineers, data scientists, AI researchers.
  • Demonstrated success organizing field programs that combine digital, in-person and partner-led elements.
  • Highly collaborative, with strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with technical and commercial teams.

It will be an added bonus if you have: 

  • Experience in marketing cloud services, SaaS or AI products.
  • Understanding of topics like model training, inference optimization, AI workload orchestration and open-source ML frameworks.
  • Familiarity with cloud-native technologies, GPU compute and the competitive landscape of AI cloud services.
