Finance Administrator (Bristol)

K3 Fashion solutions target the Fashion and Apparel Markets covering Retail, Wholesale and Manufacturing sectors with our products, K3 Fashion and K3 Pebblestone. We are a Microsoft recognised Global ISV and both our core products are embedded and enhance Microsoft’s ERP solutions, D365 Finance and supply chain and D365 Business Central respectively.

K3 are looking for a Finance Administrator to join our K3 Products business unit, located in Bristol UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day transactional finance operations for the K3 Fashion business unit, with support from a finance manager (to be recruited). The role holder will need good experience of processing accounting and ledger transactions, managing ledgers and reconciliations, and a basic level of accounting knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

· Expenses processing including VAT allocation and compliance with policy

· Purchase invoice processing - UK & Netherlands – and payment runs

· Ledger management and balance sheet reconciliations

· Creating and maintaining contracts in Finance system

· Creating order forms / DocuSign / Contract processing and management

· Closing opportunities in the CRM system once sales are closed

· Maintaining Microsoft Licence portal for customer renewals

· New order processing in Microsoft Licence portal and Fashion Licence management

· Emailing partners on maintenance renewals

· Capitalisation of development hours

· Cost Management / control

· Support Finance Manager with accounting for two smaller entities (Walton and Unisoft)

· Treasury:

· Bank postings and reconciliations

· Direct point of contact with Barclays to manage bank accounts

· Daily cash management to support K3 Product Finance Manager

· Audit support for UK and Netherlands entities and point of contact for audit teams

Requirements

· AAT part / full qualified, or relevant university degree, or similarly experienced

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel

· Basic level of accounting knowledge

· Experience in transactional finance processing and ledger management

· Confident and results driven

· Able to challenge policy compliance and financial data

· 3 days working from our new Bristol office, 2 days working from home (or in the office if preferred)
