Finance Assistant (m/f/d)

Your Role

As a Finance Assistant, you will support the finance team with day-to-day accounting and administrative tasks, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

• Processing daily sales invoicing in line with warehouse confirmations and month-end deadlines
• Reviewing and processing credit note requests, distinguishing between ledger adjustments and stock movements
• Coordinating stock-related credit notes with the Supply Chain team
• Handling daily email communication with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
• Supporting the Finance Manager with ledger maintenance, credit control, and cash book postings
• Maintaining accurate digital and physical filing systems and supporting ad-hoc finance tasks

Your Profile

You are a detail-oriented and reliable team player with a strong interest in finance and accounting.

• Relevant experience in a similar finance or administrative role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Ability to meet strict deadlines, especially during month-end periods
• Good IT skills with a solid understanding of Maths and English
• Eagerness to learn, develop, and grow within a finance environment
