Job Description
We are currently seeking a Finance Assistant to join our dynamic team in our Wisborough Green office. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within an interesting and varied company, who offer a busy yet friendly place of work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce customer invoicing on a daily basis
- Review customer billing changes
- Review customer consumption data
- Produce reports for sales teams on sales
- Liaise with product order management team to ensure queries are resolved efficiently
- Work closely with credit control on invoice queries
- Undertake miscellaneous tasks as needed to support the finance team and ensure the smooth functioning of financial operations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in finance or accounting roles is desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial tasks.
- Proficiency in relevant accounting software.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Additional Information
This is a hybrid role with 2 days per week in either our London Office or Wisborough Green office.
