Job Responsibilities:

Aufgabenschwerpunkte / Inhalte der Position:

  • Strategische und operative Führung des Bereichs Montage mit fachlicher und disziplinarischer Personalverantwortung

  • Planung von neuen Betriebsmitteln unter Berücksichtigung von Kundenanforderungen, Gesetzes- und Normvorgaben sowie Mafact-Standards

  • Optimierung der Arbeitsabläufe zur Steigerung von Produktivität, Qualität und Termintreue, inkl. der Weiterentwicklung des Kennzahlensystems

  • Sicherstellung eines effizienten Personal-, Maschinen- und Materialeinsatzes unter Berücksichtigung von Kosten und Qualität

  • Kontinuierliche Sicherstellung und Umsetzung von Qualitätsstandards und Kundenanforderungen (Liefertermine, Qualitätsvorgaben etc.) unter Berücksichtigung der MAGNA Unternehmensphilosophie

  • Verbesserung der Wirtschaftlichkeit und Einführung moderner Fertigungstechniken

  • Budgetplanung und Kostenverantwortung nach Maßgabe der Geschäftsführung für den direkt zugeordneten Bereich sowie Mitwirkung und ggf. Durchführung bei Verbesserungsprojekten (CIP)

  • Sicherstellung des reibungslosen Anlaufs von Neuprojekten

  • In Abstimmung mit Geschäftsführung und Personalwesen verantwortlich für Einstellung, Personaleinsatzplanung, Entwicklung und Entlassung der disziplinarisch zugeordneten Mitarbeiter

  • Schulung und Unterweisung der Mitarbeiter in Problemlösungsmethoden; Produktions- und Arbeitsstandards; Personal- und Verwaltungsaufgaben
     

Qualifikation / Anforderungen:

  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium mit Spezialisierung in Fertigungstechnik oder vergleichbare Ausbildung

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Fertigung/Qualitätsmanagement/Projektmanagement der Automobilbranche

  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse der einschlägigen Fertigungstechnologien

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Umgang mit den QM-Systemen (IATF 16941, ISO 9000, VDA 6.1, QS 9000)

  • Sehr gute Methodenkenntnisse (Lean oder ähnlich) von Vorteil

  • Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeitern

  • Beherrschen der gängigen Softwaretools wie MS Office, SAP und Outlook

  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

  • Durchsetzungs- und Organisationsvermögen, Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit & Kommunikationsstärke
