- Support the FP&A Deal Desk function by providing financial analysis and insights for complex deal structures
- Collaborate with sales, legal, and finance teams to ensure alignment on deal terms and financial implications
- Develop and implement pricing strategies and financial models to support business objectives
- Analyze and evaluate deal performance, providing recommendations for improvements
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures, and support audit processes
Minimum Qualifications
- This role requires the individual to work and support EMEA timezones
- 6+ years of experience in a finance role, with a focus on enterprise deal desk or financial planning and analysis
- Strong analytical skills and experience with financial modeling
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally
- Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as Salesforce and Excel
Preferred Qualifications
- Global experience and specifically experience working within the EMEA region
- Experience in a large enterprise technology or SaaS companies
- Familiarity with Atlassian products and financial systems
- Advanced degree or certification in finance or accounting (e.g., CFA, CPA)
- Proven track record of leading financial initiatives and driving process improvements
