We are looking for a talented Full Stack Developer to join our team and help design, develop and support modern digital solutions that underpin key business processes. Working across front-end, back-end and cloud technologies, you will contribute to the delivery of scalable, secure and high-performing applications while embracing AI-enabled development practices.
This is an excellent opportunity to work with modern technologies including .NET, Azure, APIs, cloud platforms and AI-powered development tools within a collaborative and innovative environment.
Design, develop and maintain full-stack web applications using C#/.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC and modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular or Next.js.
Responsibilities
Develop and support Azure Function Apps, Logic Apps and cloud-native services.
Build and consume RESTful APIs and support the integration of systems and services.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product managers and fellow developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
Ensure applications are secure, scalable, maintainable and performant.
Write clean, well-structured and well-documented code.
Contribute to code reviews, automated testing, deployment and continuous improvement activities.
Troubleshoot issues, monitor application performance and support ongoing enhancements.
Actively apply AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity, code quality and testing.
Keep up to date with emerging technologies and software engineering best practices.
Key requirements
Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for software development.
Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Experience communicating and collaborating using Microsoft Teams or similar collaboration tools.
Experience developing web applications using C#/.NET Core and modern JavaScript frameworks.
Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.
Understanding of microservices, API design and integration patterns.
Experience using Git and modern CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
Good understanding of SOLID principles, design patterns and secure coding practices.
Experience writing and maintaining unit tests.
Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies.
Experience using AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot or equivalent.
Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Desirable requirements
Experience with iPaaS and digital orchestration platforms such as Azure Logic Apps, Conscia, Boomi or Celigo.
Experience working with low-code and no-code platforms.
Experience designing and optimising prompts for AI-assisted development workflows.
Knowledge of messaging technologies, including Service Bus and message queues.
Experience supporting and troubleshooting build and deployment pipelines.
Experience monitoring application health, performance and reliability.
Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
Experience working with content management systems such as Sitecore, Contentstack or Adobe Experience Manager.
Experience with SQL Server, Cosmos DB or other database technologies.
Ability to take ownership of projects and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
