About the Role
As a Vice President within the Global Corporate Bank (GCB), you will be responsible for acquiring, growing, and retaining profitable relationships with Fintech companies headquartered in the Nordics (Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland). You will drive business development, identify opportunities to deliver a broad suite of banking products, and anticipate client needs to help them achieve their goals-maximizing value for both the client and JPMorgan.

About the Role
As a Vice President within the Global Corporate Bank (GCB), you will be responsible for acquiring, growing, and retaining profitable relationships with Fintech companies headquartered in the Nordics (Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland). You will drive business development, identify opportunities to deliver a broad suite of banking products, and anticipate client needs to help them achieve their goals-maximizing value for both the client and JPMorgan.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Acquire new Fintech clients and deepen existing relationships by delivering the full range of JPMorgan products and solutions.
- Brand Building: Establish a strong presence within the Fintech ecosystem, representing JPMorgan as a trusted partner.
- Network Expansion: Proactively seek out diverse and innovative founders, leveraging your referral network and business relationships.
- Collaboration: Partner across all areas of JPMorgan-including investment banking, corporate banking, payments, derivatives, private banking, risk, and industry groups-to deliver comprehensive solutions.
- Industry Engagement: Stay informed about industry trends, innovation, and the start-up ecosystem to identify opportunities for strategic partnerships and growth.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in banking, finance, or technology sectors
- Deep knowledge and passion for Fintech and high-growth tech industries (software, applied technology, ecommerce)
- Solid understanding of Corporate Banking products (cash management, FX, debt financing) and familiarity with Investment Banking (equity raising, M&A)
- Strong grasp of credit (investment grade and high yield) and related financing products
- Demonstrated ability in both quantitative and qualitative problem solving
Skills & Competencies
- Proven sales management skills and ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills; able to establish credibility and effective partnerships with senior stakeholders
- Self-motivated, proactive, and creative; able to exercise sound judgment and navigate ambiguity
- Excellent multi-tasking and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders across different levels and business areas
- Problem-solving mindset, with the ability to identify client needs and develop tailored solutions
- Language skills one of the Nordic languages are highly preferred
