Job Description

Shape HR Strategy at the Heart of Global Drug Safety 

At ERGOMED Group, our pharmacovigilance teams protect patients around the world and we're looking for a Global HR Business Partner who wants to do the same for our people. 

This is a rare opportunity to sit at the intersection of HR strategy and one of the most mission-critical functions in pharma - pharmacovigilance. You'll partner directly with senior PV leadership across regions, helping build the teams, culture, and capability that keep drug safety monitoring running at global scale, while also shaping HR practices that ripple across the wider organization.

What You'll Own 

  • Strategic Partnership Be the trusted advisor to global business and leaders - translating their goals into HR strategies that actually move the needle. 
  • Global Workforce Planning Lead capability gap analysis, succession planning, and talent strategy across a genuinely international footprint. 
  • Performance & Talent Shape global performance frameworks and drive retention and development strategies for hard-to-find PV and safety talent. 
  • Culture & Engagement Keep a real pulse on how our global teams are feeling and act on it, not just measure it. 
  • Change Leadership Guide teams through restructuring, M&A, growth, and transformation with clarity and confidence. 
  • Compensation, Analytics & Compliance Bring data-driven thinking to reward decisions and HR reporting, while ensuring global policies stay compliant across every market we operate in. 

Qualifications

What You Bring 

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner supporting multiple countries. CRO or pharmaceutical experience is required. PV experience is preferred.

  • A degree or HR qualification (minimum BA/BSc level). 

  • Genuine comfort operating across time zones, cultures, and regional nuance. 

  • Experience across workforce planning, organisation design, talent, leadership development, engagement and change. 

  • A data-driven and commercially minded approach, with the ability to turn people insights into action Experience navigating organizational change and complex structures. 

  • Strong relationship-building skills, with the credibility to advise senior stakeholders. 

  • Willingness to travel when needed to stay close to the business.
