Job Description:

As Global HR Global Enablement Director you will be responsible for managing our Global HR Project Manager and HR Change Team, overseeing and programmatically managing the Integrated Plan and hands on programme management for the Global HR Projects supporting the Global HR Process Excellence Director.

You will be expected to build close working relationships with key stakeholders, prepare and lead SteerCos, develop roadmaps, managing integrated plan and regularly reporting to HR Leadership.

Key Accountabilities

Global Program Management

  • Oversee Global HR tech, process and governance programs from planning to execution.

  • Ensure on-time delivery, budget adherence, and alignment with business needs.

  • Prepare for and take lead on key HR SteerCos

Change Management & Adoption

  • Lead the change team

  • Drive change management efforts for global HR initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption across geographies.

  • Serve as a champion for new HR programs, processes, and systems.

HR Process Optimization

  • Work with Global HR Process Owners as needed to identify opportunities to standardize and streamline HR processes globally to drive efficiency and consistency.

  • Lead initiatives to reduce complexity and improve employee and manager experience.

Global Governance & Compliance

  • Support in the preparation and deployment of global HR policies and controls

  • Support in global audit submissions

  • Act as a key contact for Legal & Compliance and IT Risk and Security teams to work cross-function to resolve critical business issues or establish streamlined and connected processes

Continuous Improvement & Innovation

  • Lead initiatives to identify gaps, pain points, and opportunities for improvement in HR service delivery.

Professional Skills

  • Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale HR initiatives and programmes in a global organization from initiation to post implementation review.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the proven ability to build strong working relationships at all levels, generating confidence through healthy challenge and debate.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills – excellent time management and ability to multi-task among competing demands with general understanding of project methodologies.

  • Results driven, service oriented, able to self-manage with a high degree of autonomy and resilient under pressure.

  • Significant technical knowledge of Workday and end to end HR processes, with ability to translate business needs into workday requirements.

  • Flexible and adaptable, able to work in ambiguous situations and with changing demands on your time and focus.

  • Excellent influencer who is able to create a compelling case based on empathy and analysis/ fact base, adjusting their personal approach to influence change in a range of stakeholders.

  • Business and commercial acumen, a proven track record of contributing to a leadership team.

  • Great attention to detail and able to deliver high quality outputs.

  • Deep understanding of core HR processes and HR management practices.

  • Able to apply critical thinking to convert priorities, gaps and trends into clear and compelling recommendations supported by data.

  • Execution-oriented dynamic problem solver who thrives on change and playing a key part in driving major, transformational enterprise efforts.

  • 360 stakeholder management capability, able to manage at all levels but particularly senior, creating a shared understanding of success and drive the necessary decision making in a complex matrixed structure.
