About the Role

Sime have an exciting opportunity to join our newly formed Business Process Management team as a Global Process Architect at our Melbourne Street (South Brisbane) branch. This is a Permanent, Monday to Friday role.

In this role you will:

  • Lead the Mavim platform strategy, configuration, and upgrades to support global BPM requirements.
  • Develop and build out the Business Process Platform in the establishment phase of the BPM
  • Maintain modelling standards, naming conventions, and quality assurance across the enterprise.
  • Support process design workshops and ensure alignment with business and system architecture.
  • Implement data architecture to turn analytics and system data into actionable insights.
  • Drive continuous improvement, governance, and benchmarking against industry best practices.
  • Act as a subject matter expert and maintain professional accreditations.

About You

A successful teammate will have experience in:  

  • Proven experience in Business Process Management (BPM) and modelling standards.
  • Strong knowledge of Mavim or similar BPM platforms.
  • Expertise in process architecture, data architecture, and governance frameworks.
  • Ability to manage platform configuration, upgrades, and user roles.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and ongoing professional development.
