Responsibilities:

  • Identify, define, and support execution of strategic priorities in close collaboration with DRW leadership
  • Deliver concrete and data-based business planning recommendations to senior leaders; assist in the development of comprehensive annual business plans, highlighting resource and planning considerations related to the viability of
    proposed plans
  • Coordinate with various internal committees to lead key growth initiatives
  • Build relationships across trading groups to identify opportunities and use our unique capabilities to expand into new or incremental opportunities
    For selected projects, help drive implementation of new initiatives, in partnership with the relevant desk and a dedicated project manage 

Required Skills and Experience

  • Required Skills & Experience:
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant work experience, from a leading financial institution, top-tier consulting firm, or a private equity firm
  • Exceptional analytics and problem-solving skills, ability to think strategically
  • Experience performing data driven analysis
    Proven ability to work on cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders
  • Ability to effectively leverage data to analyze and quantify new business opportunities
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills
