POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Global Talent Acquisition Director is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive recruitment strategy to attract, engage, and hire top talent worldwide. This leadership role requires a strategic, data-driven thinker with a deep understanding of global talent trends, employer branding, and diversity & inclusion initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working across global regions, AMERS, Europe and APAC, coupled with knowledge and experience in workforce planning, executive search, and leveraging technology to optimize the hiring process.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement global talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Recruitment Process Optimization: Implement best practices and innovative approaches to improve efficiency, automation and candidate experience.
  • Workforce Planning: Collaborate with Senior Leadership and People Business Partners to forecast hiring needs and ensure talent pipelines.
  • Technology & Data-Driven Recruiting: Leverage AI, analytics, and applicant tracking systems to measure and optimize recruitment efforts.
  • Employer Branding: Enhance the company's global employer brand through targeted recruitment marketing campaigns.
  • Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI): Drive DEI initiatives to ensure inclusive hiring practices and diverse talent pools.
  • Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers, HR teams, and external recruitment agencies to streamline hiring processes.
  • Compliance & Global Hiring Practices: Ensure adherence to international labour laws, regulations, and ethical hiring standards.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing global talent acquisition team.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in a global leadership role.
  • Experience in high-growth, fast-paced global, tech-driven organization.
  • Flexibility for global travel as and when required. 
  • Proven track record in scaling recruitment operations across multiple countries and regions.
  • Strong knowledge of HR technologies, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and recruitment marketing tools.
  • Experience in executive hiring, succession planning, and employer branding.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset for decision-making.
