About the role:

We are seeking an experienced and highly analytical Tax Research Analyst to join our rapidly expanding Delivery team. In this pivotal role, you will be a key player in ensuring our ERP solutions fully comply with legal, tax and regulatory requirements by being the go-to expert on evolving legislation across Oracle and SAP in more than 60 countries in EMEA and APAC.

What you’ll be doing:

As the driving force behind our compliance efforts, you will:

  • Monitor global tax, legal, and regulatory changes affecting our financial and HR software solutions
  • Analyse and interpret legislation to provide clear guidance to Product Owners and internal teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance is integrated into software updates and releases
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of regulatory changes and their impact
  • Support internal training and communication to keep teams informed of relevant developments.

 

What we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years of experience in global tax, legal, or regulatory analysis, ideally within corporate or consulting environments in EMEA/APAC
  • Proven ability to interpret complex legislation and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Solid understanding of ERP systems and technologies, ideally Oracle and/or SAP
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive, independent work style with a collaborative mindset
  • Experience working in Agile/SCRUM teams is a plus.
