Job Description

At Devoteam, we're searching for a Customer Success Specialist focused on Google Cloud, as we are a Google Premier Partner. 

The role will involve the following:

  • Analyzing the current state of assigned clients to propose improvements (positioning services or technological solutions)

  • Coordinating with the sales team (colleagues as well as manufacturers)

  • Working and leading meetings with clients to position Value services

  • Visiting clients in person

  • Alignment with Marketing campaigns

  • Proactive participation in Marketing events

Main objectives:

  • Customer satisfaction: 100%

  • Retention of the current portfolio of assigned clients

  • Positioning Value Added Services and technological solutions

  • Working on renewals of technology product subscriptions


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Sales profile (preferred)

  • High level of oral and written English

  • Effective communication

  • Experience in similar positions

  • Reside in Madrid, as the position is hybrid

  • Interest in technology
