Job description
Eye Security is providing cybersecurity with embedded cyber insurance solutions for organizations in Europe. Headquartered in the Netherlands, we are already over 170 FTEs and continue to grow internationally.
We combine cutting-edge technology with hands-on expertise to detect, respond to, and recover from cyber threats in real time. Our team brings together talent from intelligence, military, tech, and consulting backgrounds — all united by a shared mission: to make enterprise-grade cybersecurity accessible to every business, not just the big players.

At Eye, you’ll work on projects with an international footprint, solving real-world challenges and helping to build a safer digital future for our clients.

We’re seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Designer who will be responsible for all things visual, applying our brand guidelines across the business and leading the creation of visual/graphic assets to fuel our marketing strategy.

As a Graphic Designer, you will:

  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create visually engaging assets mainly for digital and sometimes for print media, including digital ads, landing pages, emails, event materials, brochures, infographics, ebooks, presentations, events, promotional items

  • Develop creative concepts and visual solutions for marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional materials all in line with our brand look and feel

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all work is delivered on time and to the highest standards

  • Collaborate, discuss ideas and get feedback from project teams with multiple stakeholders

  • Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve the quality and impact of our visual communications

  • Conduct image sourcing, editing, and retouching as needed using both traditional tools and AI-assisted solutions

  • Maintain the company's visual identity, contributing to brand evolution and ensuring consistency across all touchpoints

  • Strong PowerPoint skills, responsible for building and polishing client-ready decks (layout, visual storytelling, charts, consistency, templates).

We are looking for a designer with:

  • 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or advertising setting, either agency side or in fast-paced environments

  • Strong proficiency in Canva for rapid design execution and team collaboration

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, or similar design tools

  • Willingness to experiment with and integrate AI design tools (such as generative AI for image creation, design assistance, or content enhancement) into your creative process

  • Strong knowledge of design fundamentals: typography, colour combinations, layout, and composition

  • Experience with digital and print design and an understanding of production processes

  • Ability to translate ideas into compelling visual designs that engage audiences

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects with varying deadlines

  • Would be an advantage to have video editing, animation and or motion graphic skills (using software such as After Effects or Premiere Pro)

  • Nice to have: experience with light video editing and/or basic PowerPoint animations.

  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus

What we offer
  • A meaningful mission: protect organizations across Europe from real-world cyber threats.

  • Work with top-tier professionals from national CERTs, intelligence agencies, and leading tech backgrounds.

  • Competitive salary and commission scheme.

  • Flexible working arrangements and autonomy to shape your role.

  • A remote-friendly culture with regular company-wide get-togethers, giving you the opportunity to collaborate in person and build strong team connections.

  • Weekly lunches in the Netherlands and Thursday socials to stay connected.

  • A generous time-off policy, including wellbeing and volunteering days.

  • Company-provided equipment (Apple MacBook Pro or Dell XPS, iPhone or Samsung) and mobility support.
