The Opportunity
As the Group Copywriter & Strategist, you will work as part of a smart and ambitious marketing team on a diverse range of data and tech businesses within the property and land sector. Huge transformation is underway, not only in our positioning and messaging but the way we will deliver products and services to the market.
The role will involve:
- Own content projects from strategy to production
- Support marketing managers with content plan development addressing the key target audience and product/service value proposition
- Working with our designer and network of specialist copy writers to generate engaging, customer led content that stands out and drives action, across multiple formats
- Take our property and land data insights and turn it into clear, compelling easy to understand stories
- Produce researched, long-form copy on data-led or technology industry-focused subjects aimed at informed business audiences
- Craft compelling concepts across brands in response to strategic and tactical briefs and will be at ease pitching ideas to stakeholders
About You
You will have strong copywriting experience and be confident in working with multiple forms of content plus, evidence of incorporating learnings from data into development of content.
You will also have/be:
- Experience of both high-level strategy and hands-on writing and editing
- Good knowledge of SEO to support online content goals
- Ability to plan and build content strategy from thought-leadership to product GTM campaigns
- Good understanding of working with different content types and able to demonstrate a range of engaging content
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
