Summary
The Group HR team is critical in providing a service-oriented approach and builds collaborative relationships at multiple organizational levels located globally while supporting the execution of Group HR programs and processes. We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our dynamic HR team in a group position with an international remit. The successful candidate will support the Group HR Director in managing HR functions across 19+ companies within the Monetizing Communications and Media Group within Lumine. This role requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills and a solid understanding of HR best practices in a multicultural environment.
Job Duties

Global Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Collaborate with HR teams to support recruitment efforts while adhering to local labor laws and cultural considerations.

Employee Onboarding: Implement and support onboarding programs for new hires in the group across different regions, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.

Training and Development: Support training initiatives and the administration of our group training platform to enhance employee skills and leadership development across international teams.

Employee Relations: Support group HR with employee inquiries and concerns.

Compliance and Policy Implementation: Ensure that HR policies and procedures are in line with local employment laws and international standards and enable effective communication. Support to ensure adherence to Lumine HR Policies and Workday governance.

Change Management: Support the HR team businesses during organizational changes and integrations from acquisitions, ensuring smooth transitions. Contribute to the continuous improvement of best practices, processes, and tools.

Global Processes: Support the Group driven annual processes including, but not limited to: Engagement, Merit & Bonus, Performance reviews and Auditing.

HR Projects: Support the HR team in the successful execution of HR programs.
Skills

Certification in human resources management by a governing body is preferred.

Effective communication skills with individuals at all levels of the organization.

Effective written and verbal communication skills as well as presentation skills.

Computer literacy, including effective, advanced working skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Knowledge of international labour laws and able to interpret and implement employment-related legislation.

High level of confidentiality and objectivity, working with sensitive materials.
