At Sana Commerce, we're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to lead and optimize our digital marketing efforts across multiple channels, including PPC, Paid, and Email. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to acquire and engage accounts within our SAM and retain customers, driving growth and revenue for the company. With a focus on data analysis and ROI optimization, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure growth marketing aligns with business goals and consistently improves results.

Job Description

What you'll be doing: 

  • Developing and managing performance marketing campaigns to acquire, engage, and retain customers within our SAM across paid search, social media, email marketing, and PPC. This includes Always On Digital strategies, Global Campaigns, and Paid Search;
  • Analyzing campaign performance, identifying trends, and optimizing for improved ROI and conversion rates;
  • Working closely with creative, ABX, product, and analytics teams to implement performance marketing strategies;
  • Leading experimentation and testing to improve user experience and optimize campaign results.
  • Managing and allocating budgets, forecasts and KPIs for performance marketing campaigns, ensuring maximum impact.
  • Staying up-to-date on the latest industry trends and identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.

Qualifications

What you'll bring:

  • At least 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a background in managing a team (preferred); 
  • Previous experience working in a B2B software industry or complex product;
  • Expertise in growth marketing channels;
  • Experience managing large advertising budgets;
  • Proven ability to drive ROI and revenue growth;
  • Experience with A/B testing and optimization;
  • Strong analytical skills, excellent communication and collaboration skills.
