Reporting to the GM / SPV of Welo Data the Head of Global Enterprise Operations is responsible for designing policies, overseeing customer service, and implementing technology solutions, particularly in AI and within the context of language and content solutions. 

 

Main Responsibilities 


- Lead and mentor a diverse team of AI Professionals.

- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. 

- Develop and execute strategies to drive operations excellence, efficiency, and scalability across the Welo Data team.  

- Align operation goals with Welo Data's overall mission and objectives.  

- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of Welo Data projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards,and timeless, and budget constraints.  

- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to meet and exceed client expectations.  

- Serve as a key point of contact for strategic clients, and understand their needs and requirements.  

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. 

- Manage contracts and relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders. 

- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, and optimize workflows to automate and eliminate repetitive tasks.  

- Develop, implement, and improve current best practices and tools to enhance productivity and reduce costs.  

- Establish and enforce quality assurance processes to maintain the highest standards in Welo Data projects.  

- Create and implement feedback mechanisms and performance metrics to measure and improve quality, productivity, and effectiveness over time.  

- Utilize data analytics tools and metrics to monitor operational performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.  

- Identify and mitigate operational risks, like project delays, resource constraints, or client escalations.  

- Develop contingency plans and proactive solutions to minimize business impact.  

- Ensure compliance with our industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies related to AI, language services, data protection, privacy, and security.


Requirements 


- 7-10 years of experience in operations management, preferably within AI data services, or a closely related field.  

- Extensive leadership experience leading, mentoring, and motivating teams worldwide including leading through change. 

- Experience in complex P&L management and margin optimization strategies. 

- Strong project management skills.  

- Experience implementing IT systems  

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.  

- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.  

- Strong analytics skills and financial planning.  

- Problem-solving aptitude.
