Job Summary
Superb opportunity to bring Doccla’s market-leading technology to the world. This role will own the value proposition and GTM for Doccla’s technology stack and supporting IP, bringing Remote Patient Monitoring to Enterprise-Grade partnerships like Hospital Chains, Systems Integrators, National / Regional Health Systems and CROs. This role will suit an an entrepreneurial and well-networked healthcare technology sales leader with a desire to get their hands dirty and make a difference at one of Europe’s most exciting HealthTech businesses fresh from a €41m funding round.
Key Responsibilities
- Hands-on: Responsible for leading our SaaS sales efforts, getting out to meet clients and being “in-the-room”; we run a lean business and value individual contributors.
- Entrepreneurial: Required to set the tone culturally, hustling for new business prospects, going above-and-beyond to sign contracts, and then making sure we deliver exceptional value for our clients.
- Strategic: We need a well-formulated SaaS strategy to ensure our efforts are as effective as possible. You will write it.
- Results-driven and empirically-minded: We aspire to be a metrics-driven business. This role will be about pipeline creation, deals closed, and - to begin with - leading indicators like meetings booked.

- You will have experience of enterprise software sales in healthcare

- You will possess an innate ability to quickly and easily build rapport with individuals at all levels of an organisation. You will build trust and understanding through your natural empathy and inquisitiveness.
- You will have a robust understanding of effective sales and marketing practices, both offline and online.
- You will be a highly driven individual with the determination and strength of character required to drive growth, maintaining focus on objectives whilst overcoming short-term challenges.
- You will also be highly organised, target-oriented and possess a strong drive for results
- You will be a true self-starter who is resilient, can work independently and will take ownership of tasks.
- Ability to handle multiple opportunities, overcome objections and deliver sales wins within complex and sometimes frustrating environments.
- You will be an excellent listener and communicator and will speak English fluently. Other major European languages would be a plus.
- Show signs of excellence in whatever field you set your mind to, be it academic or professional.
- You will understand, adopt, endorse and promote a culture of customer focus, integrity, teamwork, excellence and perseverance
This is a Remote-first position, but it is expected this role will require frequent travel around Europe and to our Global HQ in London

Our team is hybrid with offices in London, Denmark, Germany & Stockholm. The extent of remote vs office working will depend on your role, as some roles have the flexibility to be fully remote.
