We are looking for individuals who can provide business development and ecosystem integration support for these projects.

Our platform empowers traders to execute crypto trades with unparalleled speed, security, and privacy—eliminating concerns about data leakage, front-running, or ceding control of assets to third parties. By blending the strengths of decentralized and centralized trading, we’re pioneering a hybrid model poised to redefine institutional markets.

We are seeking a Head of Marketing to take full ownership of building and defining the Enclave Markets brand, driving our mission to revolutionize the future of trading.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Growth Marketing Leadership: Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies targeting Institutional and Enterprise accounts in collaboration with cross-functional teams and advisors
  • Full-Funnel Marketing: Drive top-of-funnel brand awareness, mid-funnel consideration, and bottom-funnel acquisition to achieve measurable growth
  • Account-Based Marketing: Implement partner, brand, and demand generation strategies to accelerate business outcomes
  • Performance Management: Define growth goals, KPIs, and oversee the marketing P&L to ensure financial efficiency
  • Product Marketing: Skilled in positioning complex financial products with clear, compelling value
  • Content Marketing: Experienced in driving thought leadership with tailored content: video, social, blogs, articles, demos and industry related content
  • Team Leadership: Lead as a strategist and hands-on contributor, fostering collaboration with departmental leaders and stakeholders
  • Data-Driven Insights: Create compelling narratives using data interpretation and visualization, leveraging innovative software tools
  • Messaging Strategy: Direct messaging strategy across channels, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
  • 5+ years leading B2B marketing campaigns
  • Deep institutional crypto marketing expertise
  • Understanding of TradFi, market dynamics, and regulations
  • Proven success in user acquisition and brand growth
  • Skilled in campaign execution, social media, and analytics
  • Startup-tested; thrives in fast-paced environments
  • Proficient in Notion, Figma, Excel; SQL a plus

Salary Range: $160,000 to $200,000
