Location: London or Malta + Hybrid

Our growing performance team has an exciting new opening for a Head of PPC in our Malta team.  Reporting directly into the Head of Performance, and as part of a young and ambitious team who are incredibly excited by the brands’  international growth plans, you will have full responsibility for leading the paid search activity.

Responsibilities:

  • Take full responsibility for the PPC budget and PNL, ensuring budgets, forecasts, and financial goals are inline and delivered
  • Develop strategies to increase revenue, improve profit margins, and ensure PPC delivery continues to generate positive ROI, and strong marketing efficiencies
  • Set clear performance metrics and KPIs for the team, ensuring campaigns are optimized and meet targets.
  • Regularly track and report on campaign performance against business KPIs such as ROI, LTVS, ARPU ,and ROAS

About you:

  • At least 3 years paid search experience in gaming
  • Excellent data analysis skills
  • A strong ability to communicate digital marketing findings to other senior stakeholders in the business
  • Expertise in Google and Bing Ads
  • Advanced GA knowledge, including different attribution models
  • Understanding of other performance channels and how Paid Search synergises with Organic Search 
  • Experience of Google (including display, advanced bidding)
  • AB testing of advertising copy, and landing page optimisation
